Bartletts’ Home Interiors is looking for full-time sales assistants and/or sales professionals at our amazing 35,000 square foot showroom in Charlevoix, MI. We have proudly served Northern Michigan since 1950 and would love to add you to our team.

Bartletts is well known for providing the best service and high quality product at a competitive price. We handle almost everything in the home from furniture and bedding to floor covering and window treatments. We carry the most popular brands as well including Shaw, Hunter Douglas, Serta, Mohawk, Norwalk, Best, and much more in addition to being a Flooring America dealer.

The ideal candidate would have a great people, organization, and communication skills along with the desire to learn. Prior sales (i.e. sales requiring longer term engagement and/or commitment) experience is a bonus. Treating our customers with the utmost value and respect is very important, as we want to provide the best experience for all.

Compensation includes an immediate starting base salary that will transition into hourly + commission/SPIFFs + bonus depending on transition into full-time sales. Earnings potential is $30,000 - $80,000+ per year. Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, paid time off, employee discount, IRA with employer match, and additional benefits are available after 90 days for all full-time staff.

Our store is open Monday - Saturday, 9a-5:30p (M-F), 10a-5p (Sat) and closed Sundays. Staff generally works either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday with occasional changes in schedule as store traffic, schedules, and season demands.
