Collier RV is looking for a full-time sales professional to help our customers through the RV buying experience. We would like a motivated, intelligent person who wants to learn, get better, and help people. No sales experience is required! Our experienced staff will be there every step of the way to help onboard and train a new hire.

Collier RV is a family-owned and operated dealership with two locations in Illinois, Wadsworth (Lake County) & Rockford. Founded in 1961 by Ed Collier Sr., Collier RV has grown into one of the largest and most successful RV dealerships in the state. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Salespeople at Collier RV are responsible for being the public face of the dealership. They will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude, professional appearance, interacting with our awesome customers, learning/understanding the products we sell, and being motivated to continually improve at their profession.

Day-to-day responsibilities include working with customers to find the ideal RV, prospecting, maintaining and updating customer records, partnering with our marketing department to produce videos and sales content, working with finance and service departments to ensure optimal customer experience, and training on product knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
