Job Title: Department: Reports To: Nate Yoder, Retail Sales Manager

SUMMARY Sales Representatives sell Mullets Aluminum products and services to retail customers and/or contractors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following however additional duties may be assigned.

Educates customers and makes him/herself available to answer customer questions and concerns. This may include display of sample products, explanation of product brochures or assisting customer in showroom.

Makes suggestion of products and services that meet customer's needs and emphasizes selling points of Mullets Aluminum products and services such as quality, utility and years of service in our community.

Prepares sales contract and estimates.

Becomes familiar with and continues to stay inf01med of Mullet's Aluminum standard pricing practices. Receives payment or obtains credit authorization according to policy established by Mullet's Aluminum. Writes all necessa1y work orders to fulfill Mullet's Aluminum Products, Inc. obligation to contracts.

Responsible for scheduling appointments and meeting with customers.

Sales representative must have their own vehicle to travel to job sites and to meet with potential customers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Is responsible for supervision of jobs that have been sold. A Sales Representative must relate in both written and verbal communication (as necessa1y) to installers a clear understanding of work to be preformed. A Sales Representative must relate to customers both prior to sale and following of sale to assist Mullets Aluminum in consistent quality delivery and installations of contract work.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Must have minimum of high school diploma. Some college experience is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS - Must speak English and have ability to conduct small group presentations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Must demonstrate an understanding of simple math as it relates to the construction industry.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Requires walking construction sites. Must be able to climb a ladder.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
