The exciting Retail Sales Trainer position provides holistic training support for all Boost Mobile stores. The Retail Sales Trainer will work closely with Retail Leadership and the Training Manager.

Retail Sales Field Trainer Responsibilities

• Maintain an updated log of store visits and focus of each store visit
• Provide instore support for managers not meeting predetermined metrics for store
• Provide instore support for stores that are short staffed – acting as manager or associate
• Maintain expert level knowledge of the clients’ products and services
• Travel to stores to train employees on new marketing initiatives or systems
• Work shift required based on the needs of the business
• Identifies learning needs within each store
• Develops professional, collaborative relationships with store leaders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
