Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Be excellent at relationship-building and customer service
- Follow-up on leads generated from referrals, warm leads networking, marketing, and lead databases.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs, develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Contact customers for cross-selling / account rounding opportunities, shop renewals, and handle objections to win back customers.
- Meet goals and objectives as established.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Update client information, issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.), and process policy changes.
Requirements
- Must currently possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
- License assistance and training are available for the right individual
- 1+ years of insurance or financial services experience
- Must understand the value of Attendance, Honesty and Attitude
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to prioritize and have an eye for detail
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
