Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Outdoor sales to generate customers (additional leads will be provided)
• Assisting the customer throughout roofing process
• Customer follow-up & follow-through
• Commitment to personal and team goals

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (GED)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record
• No sales experience required – just a willingness to learn the process
• Physical ability to perform inspections (roofs, etc.)

Compensation: Annual Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (realistic first year $40,000-$60,000)
