Join our Product Specialist Department which is poised for EXPLOSIVE GROWTH!

Must be able to manage multiple customers and work with the Sales Team. Must be able to call, email, text, and greet customers with a smile and be able to set appointments to come to the dealership. We are a family-oriented business looking for a team player.

Job Requirements:

• Works with our CRM system to receive and handle leads.
• Must be able to communicate on the phone
• Maintain great communication with your customers.
• Ensure that proper and ethical sales techniques are being used
• Set appointments for the customers to come to the dealership
• Meets the dealerships standards for Sale Department.
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Observe all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in performing duties.
• Other duties as assigned

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN CALL CENTER / PHONE CALL SALES
