Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and provide necessary sales support
• Enter client orders into the system and coordinate with other departments to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Ability to upsell clients and generate leads.
• Keep detailed records of client accounts.
• Sort client inquiries/complaints for quick and effective resolution.
• Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience working in inside sales & customer service.
• Knowledge of the HVAC or related industry preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity and ability to learn and work with CRM and pricing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
