We are seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Representative who is capable of listening to our customer's needs, following up on sales leads, and closing the deal. This is an in office position, no remote opportunity.

Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative:

• Follow-up on leads, quotes and estimates
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements of a successful Inside Sales Representative should have:

• Phone Sales experience in Home Services preferred
• Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
• Ability to show empathy and be a people person
• Be reliable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills needed for problem resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
• Excellent ability to multitask

Compensation is $35k plus commission structure.
