Our Full-time Phone Sales Representatives are key to supporting our field offices and customers alike. The Pest Management Industry is growing and is a recession-resistant line of business. In this role, you will provide World Class Customer Service and Phone Sales to our customers.

• Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services
• Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
• Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service

• Work Schedule - Fulltime… Weekends may apply
• Work from our Reginal office.
• Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service, while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance

What’s required

• High School/GED
• 1 – 2 years sales experience; direct sales/phone sales in or out of a call center environment preferred
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen

What you’ll need

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
