We buy Leads for you to generate sales. We take care of your training too. We are looking people that are willing to learn and understand auto and personal insurance coverage(s). We do most of our sales through phones so there is a need for outgoing calls.

We are searching for Top Insurance Sales producers to add to our agencies.

Insurance Sales Representative Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience REQUIRED

Must be able to persevere through difficult client interaction over the phone.

Must have a strong will to earn money

Bilingual / Spanish a plus (Not required)

Be on time and willing to go the extra mile

Self-motivated

Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities

Hit Monthly Quota

Hit Daily Call Volume

Conducting outgoing prospecting sales calls from given leads

Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations with sales

Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $33,000.00 per year
