Timberlane, Inc. currently has an opening available for a Business Development Rep to join our Inside Sales Team!

In this role, you have the opportunity to work directly with a high-performance Sales team and make a direct contribution towards current initiatives!.

Role Responsibilities:

• Learn about Timberlane's products and processes.
• Participate in Sales training to learn and gain experience using proven sales techniques.
• Engage with potential customers via phone, chat and email.
• Utilize Salesforce, CRM platform, to document activities and notes.
• Support the Sales department in various activities to support the growing customer pipelines.

Qualifications:

• 1 year outbound tele-sales experience preferred
• Construction, Carpentry and/or Building Products knowledge a plus
• Must be coachable, open to new ideas and feedback
• Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office products required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
