Lucky Seven General Stores is looking for an energetic, adaptable, outgoing and positive person to make a difference for the guests and communities we serve. Store Managers should want to treat our guests and co-workers like family and want to build long lasting relationships. Store Managers can be taught store systems and should want to have a deep knowledge of their locations inner workings. Store Managers help lead store sales and profitability through product knowledge and execution of the companies’ promotion strategy. Store Managers train and mentor others and share their knowledge of the business with future leaders. Store Managers are effective communicators who can communicate to teammates both at their location and in other locations. Store Managers are detail oriented and can be taught inventory control, expense control and employee hiring skills. Store Managers want to meet or exceed company standards when promoting sales strategies, loyalty programs and merchandising standards. Store Managers must be highly ethical and insure their stores are in compliance with State, Federal and Local law.

Work Environment
This job operates in a retail business environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cash registers, and handheld devices.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh more than 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time or part-time position. Days and hours of work vary by schedule. Evening and weekend work may be required as schedule demands.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Inside sales experience.
2. Keyholder or equivalent in a retail setting.
3. Deli/food preparation experience.
