Full description of the position

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to be a team player, that is going to bring energy and enthusiasm to learn about our industry and engage with our customers. You will need to communicate with customers, vendors, and our team effectively and efficiently while balancing product research and administrative tasks. This can be a challenging field, but performance will open opportunities for training and advancement. Choice Industrial Solutions, Inc. is a family-owned and operated industrial services company. Since we opened our doors on January 1st, 1947, in Keene, New Hampshire to service the mills in Northern New England we have been providing our customers quality products and quality service. While adapting to changing technology and markets, our customers now range from universities to metal fabricators and everyone in-between.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and process customer phone and e-mail inquiries
• Follow-up via phone and e-mail on assigned leads
• Support outside sales team
• Database management activities

Required Qualifications

• 3-Years of industrial product experience
• 2-Year college degree or higher in business or engineering
• Competent with Office365

Desired Qualifications

• 1-Year experience with Prophet21 ERP software
• 5-Years of customer service experience
