Full description of the position

Our company is seeking a customer oriented Account Manager. Account Managers interact closely with customers to answer questions or address their pest concerns. The daily tasks of an Account Manager include solving customer questions and requests.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer platforms (Face to Face, Phone Calls, Clickdesk, Email)
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs and fulfillment
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve company sales metrics and customer quotas
• Maintain updated knowledge of company products, processes and industry knowledge

Qualifications:

• 12-hour shifts- 8 am to 8 pm (Work 3 days, Off 4 days)
• Dependable and ability to adhere to a set schedule
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
• Ability to follow detailed processes
• Ability to use email and SaaS software (Shipstation, Magento)
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
