IES Residential is currently hiring a passionate & experienced Residential Renewable Energy/Solar Sales Representatives in the San Antonio, Austin, Houston, & DFW TX areas.
Sales consultants are responsible for customer relations and presenting solar proposal developed by engineering team – turn around in 15 min to 2 hrs, not days or weeks.
Company does provide leads, but self-generated leads and referrals are necessary for success.
Base Salary plus uncapped commission, bonuses & amazing benefits – Including gas & cell phone allowances. Not a dealership or dealership program – we design, install, & service what we sell.
Bilingual reps highly encouraged to apply. Previous solar experience highly preferred.
Actualmente, IES Residential está contratando consultores de venta apasionados y con experiencia en Energía Renovable / Solar en el área de San Antonio, Austin, Houston & DFW Texas.
Los consultores de ventas son responsables de las relaciones con los clientes y la presentación de propuestas solares desarrolladas por el equipo de Ingeniería – tiempo de entrega entre 15 minutos a 2 horas, no días ni semanas.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to work inside or outside in all weather conditions
- Must have a completely flexible schedule; able to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and a minimum of 50 hours per week
- Intermediate Construction Knowledge
- Advanced Knowledge of In-Home Sales Techniques
- 2-Years In-Home Sales Experience
