Full description of the position

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide technical support
• Troubleshooting
• Pricing and problem solving to customers and internal departments
• Performing take offs
• Submitting pricing to customers
• Supplying submittal packages to customers
• Working with internal departments and Product Mangers to provide feedback on competitiveness, software, the rep system and the website
• Taking parts calls and submitting a quote to contractors/customers - Follow-up
• Building relationships with Contractors and Engineers
• Assisting in the achievement of department goals and objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Experience in HVAC is a plus but not required. Self motivated and detail oriented with a mechanical aptitude. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have the ability to read small print/font. Associate degree desired. 18 or older. Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
