Account Manager

Work from home option.

We are looking for an Account Manager to build relationships with our clients, ensuring that all their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to build rapport with our clients by engaging in phone, email, and F2F communications. As an Account Manager, you will be supporting builder/developers, municipal buyers and property managers while representing the industry leading manufacturer & distributor of aluminum outdoor products. Our product line up of decorative street signage, entrance/directional signage, traffic control systems and much more are commonly used to enhance community streetscapes and common-use areas. We’re looking for someone who can work with customers and develop solutions to their property and site location needs.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate customer needs.
• Take ownership of all customer activities.
• Be hands-on in managing customer relationships.
• Develop new customers by repeat business, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Respond to new project inquiries, guide in concept design, quotation preparation and sale closing process.
• Provide product/market knowledge, adapt solutions to customer needs.
• Direct customer service efforts to resolve client issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
