Responsibilities:
Best practice: in-office from 8:00-12 M-F and usually out of the office in the afternoons for appointments and open houses. This is a full-time position.
- Achieve Monthly Goals
- Lead Generation to prospect for seller and buyer leads.
- Proactive Client Follow-Ups
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our Database and Lead Generation Activities
- Memorize and Practice Scripts daily
- Master time blocking
Qualifications and Skills:
Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate license, at their cost.
- Real Estate License OR in the process of obtaining real estate license
- You love to talk on the phone!
- You love to followup and hold people accountable
- Strong sales background with proven results.
- Great personal presence and energy
- Track record of overachieving goals
- Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and manage customer relationships
- Ability to be trained and coached and use the abundance of resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
- Key skills: Highly driven to succeed, Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.
