Overview

This employee will act as an inside sales representative with goal of being trained for promotion to branch manager. Successful applicant will work with customers from pre-sale education and ordering, through delivery scheduling and coordination, to post-sale assistance.

Responsibilities

· Build professional project estimates for customers using established practices for the sale of metal roofing, fencing and building systems and components.

· Convert sales estimates into orders to coordinate production with local and home office manufacturing.

· Be a positive team member with coworkers and actively participate in seeking out ways to maximize customer service and company growth.

· Manage local branch pricing structures with Sales Manager out of home office.

· Prospect for new customers in local branch territory.

· Set sales and business goals for local branch.

· Manage branch employee time off, vacations.

· Oversee local branch production schedule, deliveries and grounds/shop maintenance.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED Required

· 2 or 4-year college degree preferred

· Valid Driver’s License

· Minimum 3 years in sales or management position preferred

· Professional communication skills in written and verbal form

· Strong PC competence (MS Office, QuickBooks

· Good organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
