Qualifications:

• Maintain an enthusiastic, high-energy personality throughout the workday
• Self-starter, goal and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superb listening skills
• 1-2 years insurance sales experience and P&C License required

Responsibilities:

• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs
• Offer complimentary quotes to prospects covering automotive, home, renters, life, watercraft, and business insurance
• Explain coverage options of our many insurance carriers (Including: Progressive, Nationwide, Travelers, Safeco, Hagerty, Auto-Owners, Grange, State Auto, Foremost, and Founders)
• Sell and bind personal lines insurance policies
• Maintain up to date knowledge of new products, carriers and current insurance market
• Daily follow-up with leads and prospects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
