Inside Sales - National Account Executive in Union City, TN
ATA Employment Solutions is accepting applications for an Inside Sales - National Account Executive for an advanced GPS tracking company. The sales territory is nationwide including Canada and Mexico with an office location in Union City, TN. This position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers. An extensive customer portfolio has already been established to allow the person that fills this role to hit the ground running. As the Inside Sales - National Account Executive, you are the primary representative of the organization. You must convey a sense of expertise in the products and capabilities, as you serve as a key educator to the business accounts.

This is NOT a fully remote position. A hybrid work schedule is available but the candidate must be able to work out of the Union City, TN office a few times a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50k-$60k base salary. Opportunities for performance-based financial incentives. Top performers typically earn over $100k/year
Location: Office is located in Union City, TN
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday. Hybrid work schedule available if desired

Inside Sales - National Account Executive - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct territorial market research to identify potential industries, accounts, or individuals for sales development
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Create sales proposals
- Follow up on all proposals and document any changes or revisions
- Process orders and keep the customer informed of delivery status
- Maintain accurate records and keep management informed of the status of each open project or recent sales proposal
- Build, grow, and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Assist customers with any issues associated with their service
- Other duties as assigned by management
Inside Sales - National Account Executive - Qualification Requirements:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of sales experience required
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and a sales aptitude
- High level of professionalism
- Able to work with little or no supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented
- Strong computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Reliable and dependable

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
