Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Contract Length: 3 - 6 months (40 hrs/week)

Client Location: Los Angeles, CA

HYBRID

On-site/Remote: The client would prefer someone that is willing/able to come onsite (hybrid) but will consider remote candidates if they are strong and willing to work PST hours. Primarily remote but may require some onsite work

Potential for client hire: maybe, but likely to extend contract

Interview Process: 3-4 rounds of 30-45 min video interviews

Skills: 10-15 years of OCM experience, plus if with technical projects

o Change Management knowledge first (Change, communications plans, etc. ) with PM second, but a degree of both needed

o Soft skills, ability to read the room, work independently and seek out help from others, not necessarily the direct manager.
