As our OluKai Sales Operations Manager you must have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and entrepreneurial minded ready to take on any task. We are looking for someone who can grow with our organization.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monthly Commission Review and approval with Finance for North America. Work with Sales Managers/Directors for any discrepancies.
  • Manage the yearly expense budget including creation of budget in collaboration with the Sales Directors/Managers, monthly management of budget and updates. Review and report actual spending to plan, review for accuracy.
  • Assist Sales Managers/Directors in creation of yearly sales plan by rep/region.
  • Manage and update UMAP and price change reports and distribution
  • Manage all sales related platforms, become the subject matter expert at Repspark platform, regular updates including monitoring B2B performance. Along with Full Circle, Domo and dropbox; train team and all new hires.
  • Reporting and Analysis on Prebooks, Shipments, Account sell through, etc. and distribution of these reports to the larger team. Including Domo card creation as needed.
  • Assist with the bi-annual sales meeting execution with the sales team. This includes but is not limited to budget management, event planning, planning, agenda management, rep gift coordination, sample logistics, scheduling planning meetings for the team prior to meeting, coordinating with marketing on catalog or other marketing needs for meeting.
  • Manage the VIP code process including distribution, budget, and card printing as needed.
  • Manage sales contest executions with the assistance of Marketing Department.
  • Calendar Management, schedule monthly calls and create/distribute Agendas
  • Account liaison between corporate and sales team representatives. This includes tracking store openings, working with sales team to quickly approve or deny new locations, coordinate zoom calls/meetings with the FFS team, etc.
  • Manage and execute creation of seasonal sales tools including but not limited to UPC data sets, Repspark PDF catalog creation, Price lists.
  • Management of the approved dealer list and platform access. Work with Regional Sales Managers and VP of Sales on future strategies.

Experience and Skills:

  • The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ Years of similar experience in a sales department within a wholesale environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications. Highly Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Proficient in Domo application desired.
  • Experience with Full Circle, Domo, Dropbox, RepSpark Preferred.
  • Ability to effectively prepare and present information to management and other employees of the organization.
  • Extensive reporting skills.
  • Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Superior time management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
