Wisconsin based property management company, seeks high energy, multi-tasking pro to manage 2 communities located in Berlin and Beaver Dam. We are looking for a detail oriented Community Manager, with strong background in affordable (LIHTC) housing along with oversight of the day to day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and contractors
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market available homes
• Sign new leases and renew existing leases
• Collect rent from tenants and handle evictions as needed
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Oversee properties’ personnel performance and supervision
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance

Skills:

• Knowledge of Section 42
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Multi-task PRO

Experience:

Property Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
