Full description of the position

We are looking for positive, motivated, agents licensed in Property and Casualty.

Find the best fit for existing customers with our insurance products and actively look to acquire new clients from agency provided marketing and leads and resources.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Weekends off + Paid Holidays

Requirements:

• Active Property and Casualty License (required)
• Allstate sales producer experience (preferred)
• 1+ years experience in the insurance industry (required)

What your day will look like as a Sales Representative

• High level of activity- phone calls, texts, emails
• Complete new business onboarding

• Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments
• Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referral generation, and lead sources provided by the agency
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities

Pay:

• Base salary depending on experience and qualifications
• Generous commission on all new business
• No caps on commission or upside potential
