We are recruiting ambitious, self-motivated, and talented Outside Sales Representatives in East Tennessee to support our growing line of cannabinoids and other products! No prior industry experience necessary, we will train the right person in everything you need to know. This is a commission based position with starting pay. Responsibilities:

●Meet or exceed sales goals

●Visit smoke shops, vape shops, and convenience stores in various markets

●Contact partner stores for brand promotion of new products

●Conduct brand/product promotion at distributors.

●Set up materials at a booth and talk to customers about the products and brand

●Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, manage client relationships, increase revenue and profitability

●Communicate with clients to understand their needs, improve customer experience, and find more revenue-generating opportunities

●Work with other departments collectively to improve the sales process​

Requirements:

●Experience in outside or door to door sales is preferred.

●1+ years of sales experience is preferred

●Associate’s degree or higher preferred

●Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

●Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

●Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
