If so, Varsity Driveaway is hiring Sales Representatives to become a part of our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate should have a very strong work ethic and possess strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities. Attention to detail is a must, along with an ability to communicate with various personality types. The Sales Representative will develop relationships with existing and potential clients to relocate trucks/assets across the country utilizing our highly skilled contract drivers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Outgoing calls to potential customers to meet growth goals.

● Build relationships with both, existing and new customers through multiple forms of communication including text, phone, and email.

● Strategically bid loads and work with driver managers to minimize the cost to the driver, ensure on-time delivery and maintain company profitability goals.

● Provide daily and accurate updates of locations and ETAs to customers to provide a top-tier level of communication.

● Work with driver managers during transports and breakdowns to keep customer informed and updated.

● Be key in growing a thriving Driveaway company and help maintain a positive culture for our staff, drivers, and customers.

Requirements:

● Willingness to call on provided leads to acquire new customers

● Highly organized in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional attention to detail

● Proficient with technology - Outlook, Google Maps, Excel (Preferred)

● Excellent communication skills

● Self-starter with a strong competitive nature while maintaining a teamwork attitude

● Ability to problem solve

● Driven to achieve goals and continually grow the company’s market share

Job Type: Full-time (8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday with the possibility of some calls after hours and on weekends)

Experience:

● Inside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
