Full description of the position

The Inbound Sales Rep is a full-time position currently working in the office. All candidates must live within the area of Las Vegas, NV. While it does afford a conversation about a hybrid role in the office and the home, but only based on performance at the 6-month mark.
Operating Hours:
Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay rate: $ 16.58/ hr. plus commission; target commission: $ 1,279/ month.
As with any other sales position, highly motivated individuals can build their paycheck. High performers annually make $ 49,834; there is also the potential to earn up to and beyond $ 75,000. Employees receive a ramp period of 2 months to adjust to commission earnings.

- High School Diploma, GED, or Relevant Work Experience
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Capacity to embrace change and adapt to an ambiguous business environment
- Interpersonal skills to establish rapport in a fast environment
- Persuasion skills to engage fully with the customers via direct or indirect influence
- Self-starting ability to seek and seize opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Telecommunications industry knowledge/ experience
- 1+ years in a sales quota environment
- 2+ years in a related field (Retail, Training, Indirect Sales, etc.)
What you will do:
- Make our residential customers feel "at home" with our products and services. Keep callers in the know about all our latest solutions!
- Inform, explain and educate our customers about our various products and services. Find the best fit for their needs and our concurrent marketing campaigns.
- Be receptive and responsive to customer inquiries. Identify and resolve issues lickety-split!
- Work as a team to solve challenges. We have a collaborative team for support, metrics, and process improvement.
