We are an Industrial Rental and Service company in East Houston is looking to hire a dynamic administrative assistant to support our Sales Team.

What the Job Entails, but not limited to:

• Providing administrative support to our Inside Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Assisting sales team with projects and leads.
• Pulling Reports for sales staff from CRM (ACT) and quoting software.
• Running Reports from CRM (ACT) to monitor and track performance and KPI’s for Sales Managers.
• Preparing marketing material.
• Review ZoomInfo for leads.
• Tracking calendar for sales reps.
• Research for marketing, tradeshows, shipping marketing material to other countries. (You get the gist)
• Organizing corporate events and tradeshows.

Important Notes:

• If you do not enjoy working with spreadsheets, then you might want to run away – now. About 50% of this role is pulling/running/reviewing/organizing data.
• As mentioned earlier, we work in the industrial sector. Our office is an industrial/warehouse setting. We have a shop and equipment yard. Occasionally, the task might require you to walk out into the shop or equipment yard to do research. If working in this setting gives you pause – this might not be the right fit for you. But on the plus, we are a casual dress work environment so feel free to wear your comfy jeans and tennis shoes.

Must Have’s:

• Quality Work & Attention to Detail: Our ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented and produce quality work.
• Moderate Excel Experience: This candidate will also have a moderate level of excel spreadsheet experience – which to us means, not just knowing how to enter data into an already existing spreadsheet, but creating spreadsheets where you have used formulas to automate and enhance the spreadsheet.
• Resourcefulness: The ability to get things done in the face of obstacles and constraints.
• Customer Service: This role is all about the internal customer. You will add value to this role by providing reliable and productive administrative support to our sales and marketing team.
• Work Schedule: Must be able to work M-F, 8am – 5pm, and outside of normal business hours at times for events, etc.
