INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST
POSITION TITLE: Sleepnet/Envo Mask – Inside Sales Specialist
REPORTS TO: Customer Sales & Service Manager

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Opening new accounts and managing existing account activities, including customer lifecycle process management, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Timely response to lead inquiries, nurturing leads with useful content and communications.
- Negotiate sales terms and close orders. Track wins and losses, using learnings from each to continuously improve strategy and tactics.
- Act as the primary contact and subject matter expert for a dedicated customer group.
- Perform various inside sales activities such as lead generation, follow-up, and customer service. Conduct product demonstrations and product training to new and existing accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs for respiratory protection to identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Management, Marketing, and Customer Service in the development and execution of promotions, marketing campaigns, sales tools and product training programs.
- Communicate an extensive knowledge of Envo products to all applicable customers.
- Stay informed about competing products and services.
- Meet monthly and/or quarterly sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate Degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree beneficial.
- 1-3 years of proven success in a competitive sales environment preferred. Entry level applicants also considered. Experience in the medical device or respiratory industry is a plus.
- Ability to communicate and sell product benefits to customers.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills across both internal and external organizations. Ability to manage relationships with employees, executives, and customers.
- Highly motivated professional with excellent communication/presentation skills, highly confident, and goal-oriented.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment. Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (Hubspot), and Social Media platforms.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
