We are seeking someone who the above statement resonates with to join our growing agency as a Licensed Agent / CSR.

What you’ll do:

• Provide outstanding client support through:
• Always making clients feel welcome and valued
• Receiving payments
• Making policy changes
• Answering policy questions and explaining coverage options
• Support claims processing
• Support renewals process
• Look for new business opportunities through referrals
• Stay up to date on the most recent underwriting and policy information with our carriers
• Maintain timely communication with our clients for anything that needs our assistance

What you’ll bring:

• Insurance or customer service experience (currently licensed in NY is preferred but not required)
• A passion for providing stellar customer service
• An ability to work well with a larger team to effectively handle a high volume of client interactions
• Strong written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn, grow and adapt in a continually shifting industry
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time well
• Experience working with computers, communication, and web software

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• Permanent

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

• Office
