J|Street Companies has a great full time position available for an experienced maintenance supervisor at our lease up property in Celina. Must be a hardworking, motivated person with at least 4 years of experience in these trade areas: HVAC certified, pool maintenance certified, painting, light electrical, light plumbing and general property maintenance. Prefer candidate to be knowledgeable in construction, lease up experience a plus. Must pass drug test. Must be available after hours for on call property emergencies and have personal vehicle and insurance to travel to property. Great salary and benefits. . Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
