The Sciolla Agency is looking to add new talent to our Customer Service/Sales team.

For over three decades the Sciolla Agency has prided itself on saving our clients’ money, while providing exceptional customer service. Our agency has formed partnerships with leading insurance carriers to provide a wide range of exceptional products at affordable prices.

We are looking for a team member who is driven by success and has a passion for helping others.
Previous insurance experience is helpful, but not required. This is a small company with big growth potential. If you think you fit the qualifications below do not hesitate to reach out!

Required Skills and Qualifications

● 1-2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience

● Answer incoming customer service calls and assist client
● Ability to quickly and efficiently take down quote requests based on customer needs and determine best rates and providers
● Must also be well organized and diligent in notating client account activity

● Ability to quote Auto, Home, and Commercial policies across multiple companies

● Hours must be flexible, our agency is open until 9pm Mon - Fri and open on Saturdays from 9am

- 7:30pm

The ideal applicant will:

● Be a self-starter, with initiative and and desire to grow their skill set

● Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and is comfortably able to multitask

● Have excellent writing skills as well as experience speaking on the phone with customers
