Day In The Life.

• Attending 2-3 weekly team meetings and sales training.
• Attending 3 weekly company-wide webinars focused on personal development.
• Leading and managing multiple outside sales managers
• Educating sales managers on how to grow and manage teams

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a knowledge of the benefits of going solar.
• Properly manage assigned territories to maximize sales production.
• Maintain relationships with current and future leaders in your region.
• Recruit and train new leadership in each of the territories in your region
• Holding sales leaders accountable to specific weekly KPI’s
• Ensuring that all offices are fully staffed and trained

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Door to Door Sales: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
