Full description of the position

This position is for a full time Insurance Agent working in an independent agency. The agent's role would be to expand the company's book of business by selling home, auto, business, and life insurance policies to newly acquired clients and servicing that book of business. This would a commission based agent position with opportunities to earn growth bonuses.

Role Description:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Compose suitable insurance proposals based on clients' needs.
• Resolve client policy and billing inquiries and complaints.
• Processing endorsement requests to existing policies.
• Expand business reach through networking outlets and techniques.
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
• Track and identify areas of improvement as well as opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Must currently hold a property and casualty insurance license in the state of Tennessee.
• At least 2 years prior experience in the insurance industry in sales or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word)
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while paying close attention to detail.

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
