We are interested in talking to licensed Insurance Agents with a passion for helping customers and a demonstrated interest in learning more about our products. We're seeking applicants with at least two years of sales experience, as well as an interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry. We are an innovative, growing company and are looking for candidates who are willing to learn as much as possible about our products and services.

Base Pay + Commission + Benefits

*Property & Casualty | 4-40 License Required

Experience

  • Active Property and Casualty License or Personal Lines (required)
  • 1+ years experience in the insurance industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Sales support & customer service
  • High level of activity including phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Complete new business onboarding
  • Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments
  • Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referral generation, and utilizing various lead sources provided
  • Identifying cross-sell opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
