Right at Home is hiring for a Home Care Sales Director! We provide non-medical in-home care to the Miami area. Must be self motivated, have a great attitude and enjoy working with a team to promote our services! We have been nominated best place to work and best home care provider multiple years in a row. Job Responsibilities of Home Care Sales Director:
- Sell in-home care services in assigned territory.
- Conduct client assessments and intakes with prospective clients and families, and communicate needs to Operations.
- Home Care Sales Director identifies client’s needs, present options to families.
- Track leads in contact in order of priority and track sales activities.
- Respond to inquiries (calls/emails/voicemails) and proactively reach out to current leads in order to schedule sales presentations.
- Generate referrals by building relationships with physicians, hospital case management, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources
- Follow up with clients to request referrals.
- Attend community events that include target market.
- Create business and marketing plans within assigned area according to company goals.
- Promote a positive company image in the community, and attend community functions, professional organizations and other networking events as a company representative.
- Represent the agency at health fairs, mall shows, community events, other community service functions, and participate in civic and/or community committees as requested.
Job Requirements of Home Care Sales Director:
- Home Care Sales Director must have 3 years of proven experience working with patients in the health care or home care industry.
- Must have the ability to perform companion assessments.
- Proven experience in building Strong Relationships and Trust with referral sources.
- Must be creative and self-motivated; Have a pleasant, compassionate and helpful disposition.
- Marketing Experience preferred.
