Full description of the position

We are looking for a real estate agent to join our growing team! The Collins Group - Realty Executives is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and dedicated individual to be our buyer specialist.

The Buyers Agent is responsible for managing the sales aspects of the Collins Group projects as they relate to scheduling, showings, negotiations, contracts, and closings. Responsibilities require the exercise of independent judgment, technical knowledge of the specific area of assignment and of overall activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Confidence in making outbound calls each day to qualified leads
  • Place new leads/customers on appropriate action plan and follow-up schedule
  • Educate buyer about home buying process
  • Provide closing coordinator with all required contract paperwork
  • Attend training calls, trainings and webinars to enhance skills and constantly improve
  • Nurture long term prospects and build relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Update all info and conversations for each client/prospect in company CRM in order to create the highest level of service and best experience for every person you contact
  • Using social media networks such as Facebook & Instagram to identify potential contacts
  • Represent the company in a positive manner in all occasions and help build brand awareness throughout the community

Requirements:

  • Real estate license or willing to obtain one
  • Be able to work independently as well as on a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Self-determined schedule

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Preferred)
