Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

· Capitalize on new sales opportunities to grow the business

· Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline

· Exhibit confidence with every customer interaction

· Create urgency for all customers by identifying their project needs, timeline, and budget

· Understand our core products and exhibit professionalism through each interaction

· Meet and exceed all sales goals

· Work independently

· Implement all coaching and feedback

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience (inside sales or outside sales)

· Experience selling to end users/customers (B2C)

· Highly competitive and motivated to earn over $100,000 per year

· Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies

· Robust organizational skills

· Experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM

· Great phone personality

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
