Full description of the position

We are seeking a full-time or part-time goal-oriented 2-20 P&C licensed agent and/or 440 customer service representative to join our team. You will sell, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Allstate products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Flexible schedule
• Health insurance
• Paid time off
• Assist customers with questions, payments, and coverages.
• Provide quotes for new policies.
• Sell various types of insurance. (auto, home, boat, motorcycle)
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Outstanding customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Professional and Personal Skills:

• Type quickly and accurately
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Licensed agent must have the ability to cross-sell existing customers
• Must be a team player
• Must be hardworking and trainable

Experience:

Must have a Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance license

At least one-year customer service or sales experience

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
