MassageLuXe Downtown Miami has a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who wants to jump-start their career. Our front desk sales consultants will work closely with our guests and other staff to provide an overwhelmingly positive experience for the guests who come through our door. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer satisfaction and sales in a professional, high volume, therapeutic massage, facial and waxing spa. Brand is expanding into additional new territories, opportunities available to motivated staff members.

Responsibilities include:

Provide excellent customer service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival, selling retail products and convincing guests about the importance of becoming a member.

• Assist in maintaining a professional front desk and greeting area
• Able to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits
• Must be available to work either nights, weekends or mornings
• Base wage plus Sales Bonus (Gift card / Add-on Sales)

This position is for someone who is energetic and able to multitask. Must have some commission sales experience (Spa industry preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
