Kutney Insurance Agency, Inc. is hiring for an Insurance Sales/Service Representative. We specialize in helping people manage risks of everyday life and protect what matters most, from the unexpected. We represent Nationwide, Travelers, Progressive, Safeco, State Auto, Encompass, Penn National and many other major carriers.

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales/Service Representative:

• Property & Casualty Insurance license is highly preferred, must be able to obtain within 30 days
• Previous experience in insurance is a plus
• Must have strong communication and computer skills
• Customer service and negotiating skills
• Enthusiastic and goal-oriented
• Satisfactory Background Check

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales/Service Representative:

• Work independently
• Answers phone calls and advise clients accordingly
• Use available resources effectively to make policy changes, answer policy and billing questions, take payments, and provide requested documentation.
• Diagnoses customer issues at a foundational level, provides solutions, and uses a structured thought process to achieve results while balancing customers’ needs with company guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
