JOB SUMMARY

Reliant Property Management’s Property Managers are business leaders who focus on resident customer service. They manage operations, leasing activity, financial reporting and communications for their assigned residential property. If you are a leader with HUD and LIHTC experience, effective time management, strong interpersonal skills, and property management knowledge, you are an ideal candidate. This Property Manager will be overseeing 2 affordable housing properties with a total of 153 units.

SALARY: $23-$25/hour, Plus opportunities for commissions and quarterly bonuses

CLASSIFICATION: Full time/Non-Exempt

SHIFT: M-F 8am - 5pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Manage day-to-day operations
• Manage property maintenance with the assistance of the maintenance team
• Maintain and manage all financial responsibilities
• Manage and monitor rental collection
• Mentor and manage property staff
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support property operations
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

EXPERIENCE

Required

• High school Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years HUD/LIHTC Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as multi-family property manager
• Working knowledge of RealPage or other property management software
• Proven ability to market properties
• Reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred

• Associate’s Degree
• CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
