PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR BUSY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Responsibilities include but not limited to, owner and guest assistance, ground support with light maintenance & property inspections to ensure the property meets all the cleanliness and requirements to make the property picture perfect for owners & guests. Duties include completing inspection reports, reporting and resolving maintenance issues, maintaining accommodations standards. Must be able and willing to correct deficiencies found during inspections. We work as a team and each field person has on call responsibilities throughout the month to help owners and guests.

We need self-motivated individuals that can multi-task and enjoy varied task during the day. You must be detailed oriented, and have high standards with exceptional work ethic and want to go the extra mile. The ability to problem solve and resolve issues in a timely manner is key. Good communication, organizational and time management skills are essential to job performance.

Must live in Summit County.

Must have reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Must be able to use your smartphone with our software app.

Must be available to rotate weekends and on call schedule.

Housekeeping and Maintenance experience a plus but not necessary.
