General Purpose of the Position

The Wireless Retail Sales Associate is a fun and exciting performance income based position where you gain income through helping people gain products and services.

Sounds easy right? It is! Everyone needs the products we sell, the difference is when help someone by switching your income grows!

Daily Outlook

• The Wireless Retail Sales Associate's primary duty is to help operate the location and engaging in an enthusiastic and endearing manner.
• Follow our sales process and discover our customer's wants or needs for other products and services.
• Find and develop other in marketing to help grow your income by driving customers to their location.
• Achieve sales tiers to help grow your overall income.
• Act as the gatekeeper of the store; this provides the opportunity to save sales, survey/enhance customer experiences and coach the sales team on effective sales skills
