Estrella Insurance Agency in Davie is seeking motivated professionals with a drive for personal lines insurance sales.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of insurance experience. 4-40 or 2-20 required.
• Excellent communication skills BOTH English and Spanish.
• Ability to build strong rapport with Clients, prioritize and multi task.
• Team Player.
• Customer service experience
• Proper phone etiquette
• Full Time.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
• Help protect customers by offering products that will meet their needs
• Provide a positive customer experience

Salary will be based on experienced.
Pay: $60,000 +++ a year - $20 per hour plus commission.
