Sales and sourcing/procurement Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team in all areas of sales and product sourcing lead generation. We offer an unbeatable sales commission with no cap. They will be a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of sales and sourcing projects. This candidate will keep schedules, and provide sales needs including catalog, pricing, and marketing strategies. Research and source new potential opportunities based on the company's current products and develop new product lines based on customer needs.

You should have knowledge and/or experience in most of these areas:

• Cohesively work with Sales Department to meet customer requests, price needs, and timelines
• Sourcing and research new opportunities and preparing documents.
• Analysis new opportunities and customers’ needs and analysis if we can meet the requirements
• Responsible for researching and developing existing and new product solutions.
• Coordinate both US and China teams to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed on time
• Internet research (both Domestic and International) and also in store with store employees and customers to find popular/trending items and growing categories.
• Create sales pitch deck or sales catalogs
• Analysis competitors
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales and marketing.
• Proficiency using Excel including shortcuts, pivot tables, formulas, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chino Hills, CA 91709: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Internet sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• product sourcing/procurement: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
