From photography, video production, and graphic design to web design, branding concepts, and more— as a young growing company, we manage and execute all of our clients’ marketing needs. Job Overview: As an FPW Sales Associate you will play a vital role in FPW’s continued growth. As the Sales Associate with FPW, you will be an expert in all FPW services, to knowledgeably guide potential clients through a wide variety of solutions that best meet individualized branding needs. You will also work in collaboration with all departments to provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and cold calls
• Identify sources of sales leads and follow through on leads
• Meet with business owners to ascertain their individual branding needs
• Develop a strategy to aid clientele in supporting their branding goals
• Achieve or exceed sales goals
• Determine where customer is in the overall selling process, strategize next steps necessary to move forward
• Obtain information necessary to open a new account and communicate to accounting team
• Complete required call and expense reports on a timely basis
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Sales aptitude and comfort in presenting ideas.

• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record

• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2 - 3 years B2B sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills
• Preferred experience using GoogleSuites (but not required)

Schedule | Full/Part-time

Base Compensation | $15 - $19/hourly DOE with a 5.5% commission of gross Merch sales
