Full description of the position

Showroom sales representatives are responsible for working with both retail clients and industry professionals to promote the California Mantel & Fireplace product line and gain business. You are responsible for educating clients on our products and providing appropriate suggestions and solutions. You are responsible for communicating all company and manufacturer recommendations and warnings for product application and installation. You are responsible for communicating with your clients during every aspect of the sale to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on their orders

• Promote product lines

• Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines

• Develop relationships with industry professionals to increase business

• Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders and follow proper pick-up procedures

Maintain a neat and organized workspace

• Maintain showroom and sample department organization and presentation

• Prepare and deliver bank deposits if required

• Meet monthly sales quotas

• Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management

• Work cooperatively in team environment

• Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives.

• Any other duties required of the position

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills are required

• CRM experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $56,644.00 per year
